The I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Specialist is responsible for delivering pipeline analytics, sales insights, account intelligence, and reporting support to BDRs, sellers, and sales leadership. The role focuses on sales performance tracking, pipeline health, opportunity prioritization, and actionable insights to improve BDR/Sales execution and conversion outcomes.
What are we looking for? • 7–11 years of experience in sales analytics, reporting, or business intelligence • Experience independently owning data, analytics and reporting deliverables • Experience supporting sales or revenue operations teams preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, economics, or related disciplines • Experience supporting North America or global sales teams preferred • Strong experience in sales analytics and sales operations • Experience working with CRM and large datasets • Understanding of sales funnel metrics and forecasting methodologies • Experience building large scale dashboards using Power BI • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint • Strong communication and insight storytelling capabilities • Microsoft Dynamic CRM, HubSpot, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Exposure to B2B sales and GTM environments • Experience in supporting HR functions, recruitment with data and reporting • Knowledge of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dynamic CRM, Salesforce • Experience working with large data sets and tools like MapReduce, Hadoop, Pig, Hive, etc
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze pipeline performance, conversion trends, and sales funnel movement • Refresh, update, and reprioritize pipeline based on business priorities • Track opportunity progression and identify funnel bottlenecks • Support forecasting and sales planning activities • Monitor pipeline health, territory performance, conversion trends, and opportunity progression • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities • Recommend actions to improve pipeline quality, sales productivity, and forecasting accuracy • Build interactive dashboards and reports for sales leadership • Provide insights on historical sales trends, pipeline movement, and GTM performance • Support regional, segment, and time-period-based analysis • Aggregate, cleanse, validate, and enrich sales, account, and opportunity data from CRM and third-party sources. (e.g. Zoominfo, D&B etc) • Perform data audits and ensure CRM reporting accuracy • Support enrichment and maintenance of sales/account datasets • Ensure data consistency and usability for downstream reporting • Work closely with BDRs, CRM team, sales leaders, and operations teams • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests • Translate analytical findings into business recommendations
