We are seeking a Director, Solution Center India to lead a critical organization within our global Channel business. Shape Strategy and Drive Business Impact

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap for the India Solution Center.
• Align regional execution with global business priorities and customer needs.
• Lead strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, commercial growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, improve efficiency, and support long-term business success.

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Drive performance across customer experience, service quality, productivity, utilization, and financial metrics.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within global services, customer solutions, consulting, operations, or technology environments.
• Proven experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary organisations through senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success in business transformation, operational excellence, and organisational change.
• Strong financial and business management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Experience building leadership capability and succession pipelines.
