As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. You will be responsible for implementing processes that enable smooth migration and deployment of data across various systems, collaborating with different teams to meet project goals and optimize data workflows. This position requires a proactive approach to managing data infrastructure and supporting organizational data needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data pipeline performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align data engineering efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Python (Programming Language), Data Build Tool.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and query optimization within cloud data platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and processing issues.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
