We are currently seeking a Salesforce Process Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Role : Salesforce Process Analyst / Business Analyst 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Process Analyst / Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to drive the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and technical solutions. You will be responsible for mapping end-to-end business processes, uncovering inefficiencies, and translating complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that maximize business value.

• Lead the discovery, mapping, and analysis of complex, cross-functional business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, redundant workflows, and data gaps, proposing "to-be" processes optimized for the Salesforce platform.

• Apply industry best practices (such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma) to ensure continuous business process improvement.

• Facilitate workshops and interviews with executive stakeholders and business units to elicit comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.

• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models.

• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable, out-of-the-box (declarative) solutions, minimizing technical debt.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, with a strict focus on the Salesforce platform for at least 5+ years.

• Salesforce Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds). Familiarity with CPQ, MuleSoft, or industry-specific clouds is a strong plus.

• Methodologies: Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum environments. Mastery of process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts seamlessly to non-technical business partners.

• Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant

  • PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications are highly desirable.
