CIDCO - Execution MEP
The Civil Execution (MEP) function shall be responsible for execution, monitoring, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and EHS requirements. The role includes planning and monitoring installation activities, ensuring availability of materials and resources, coordinating with civil, architectural, and finishing teams, verifying line, level, routing, and installation quality, supporting testing and commissioning activities, resolving site execution constraints, monitoring productivity, verifying executed quantities, maintaining execution records, and ensuring timely completion of MEP works in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
