  • Apply value management principles to support prioritization decisions, linking epics, features and user stories to expected business outcomes, user impact, adoption goals and measurable value.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, story clarification and acceptance activities to ensure delivery teams have clear priorities and are sprint-ready.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business, balancing user needs, stakeholder expectations, dependencies and delivery constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MVP definition, release planning, testing, deployment and adoption of digital products.
  • Track product performance, adoption indicators and delivery outcomes, and support continuous improvement through feedback loops and iteration.
  • Support value tracking by defining relevant KPIs, benefits hypotheses and success metrics, and by using product feedback, usage data and stakeholder inputs to inform iteration and value realization.
  • Apply understanding of product considerations such as usability, data quality, security and compliance in product requirement discussions.
  • Bring experience in at least one sector or domain to inform use cases, workflows and prioritization decisions; life sciences or healthcare knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Prepare product updates, demos and working sessions for stakeholders, and support decision-making through clear documentation and progress visibility.
  • Contribute to agile, product management and value management best practices, reusable artifacts and continuous improvement across engagements, while ensuring product management remains the core delivery discipline.
