Job Description: RPA Developer (3–5 Years)Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 3–5 years of hands on experience in UiPath, Power Automate and automation tools like Playwright and Selenium. The ideal candidate should be confident, able to take ownership, and capable of driving automation projects independently.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate.• Build custom automation using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.• Understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.• Create process documentation, workflow designs, and test plans.• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support deployment of bots.• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation processes.• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive automation projects end to end.Required Skills• 3–5 years of experience in RPA development.• Strong hands on knowledge of UiPath and Power Automate.• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or other automation frameworks.• Good understanding of APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (Python/C#/JavaScript).• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Good communication and documentation abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Good to Have• UiPath or Power Platform certifications.• Knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).• Experience working with Git.Job role
