Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the solutions implemented effectively meet the evolving needs of the client s business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex business environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with system architecture and data flow between applications.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
