We're Hiring: Cash Application Lead

Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid
Full-Time | Permanent Position

What you need to be successful

Job Description

• Lead daily cash application activities
• Manage complex and escalated cases
• Monitor KPIs and controls
• Drive automation and standardization
• Support audits and month-end close
• Coach and develop Cash Application Analysts
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 4 years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a team of 7–10 resources.
• Strong domain expertise in Cash Application across APAC, EMEA, and North America regions.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, process governance, and team performance management.
