Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Account Manager with experience in food delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding & handling top restaurant & their entire lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships between restaurants & Ownly ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle onboarding top listed restaurants.
Maintain healthy relationships between restaurant & Ownly.
Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and improve the overall service experience.
Required Skills
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Ability to resolve conflicts and operational issues.
Basic knowledge of reporting and coordination
