Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior customer support executives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and service quality.
- Monitor response times and ensure SLA compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Train new team members on customer service standards and company processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers & 1 year of experience in customer support or customer service.
- Prior experience in leading or handling a customer support team is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and ticketing systems.
