Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Windchill Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions using PTC's Windchill PLM software. This includes designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications according to the project's requirements. The Windchill Developer will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Windchill systems, providing technical support to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Windchill applications based on business requirements.
- Perform Windchill system administration, including user management, workflows, and security.
- Participate in Windchill upgrade and migration projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill applications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windchill PDMLink and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and SQL.
- Experience with Windchill Business Administration, Workflow Administration, and System Administration.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Windchill ProjectLink and MPMLink.
- Knowledge of Windchill Info*Engine, Web Services, and Windchill Reporting.
- Experience with Windchill Upgrade and Migration.
- Understanding of Windchill Replication and Clustering.
- Knowledge of Windchill Business Rules Management.
- Familiarity with CAD tools like Creo, AutoCAD, etc.
- Experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator.
- Knowledge of Windchill Access Control and Security.
- Understanding of Windchill Vaulting and Replication.
- Familiarity with Windchill Change and Configuration Management.
