Role Purpose:

To provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the sales team,
managing the governance and in terms of processes for Lead to order, ensuring smooth
management of customer interactions, enquiries, proposals, commercial submissions.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Lead-to-Order governance, processes, and compliance.
2. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Estimation, Commercial, Finance,
Projects, and customers.
3. Track enquiries, RFQs, proposals, quotations, negotiations, POs, and order
status.
4. Maintain sales funnel, CRM/Digi, pipeline, MIS, and management reports.
5. Coordinate CC/management approvals, MOMs, action trackers, and followups.
6. Support customer meetings, visits, presentations, exhibitions, and marketing
activities.
7. Maintain customer, project, consultant, EPC, and competitor databases.
8. Ensure smooth order handover to Project/Execution and adherence to sales
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
2. Good understanding of cold rolling plant, equipment and business.
3. Excellent communication and professional email-writing skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM/ERP systems.
5. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical and MIS reporting capability.
7. Ability to coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Experience

10–15 years of experience in Cold rolling Complex operations or project, sales
administration or co-ordination, steel plant equipment, industrial machinery, EPC,
engineering.
