Process Manager-BPM-HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group
- Responsible for managing and optimizing business processes within the organization. - Oversee the Business Process Management (BPM) group, ensuring smooth operations and support. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure compliance. - Monitor process performance and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with organizational goals. - Ensure documentation and reporting of process metrics and outcomes. - Facilitate communication between headquarters and support teams to maintain process integrity. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the BPM framework. - Manage process-related risks and ensure adherence to standards. - Support strategic planning and execution of BPM projects.Job role
