Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst - Oracle Fusion, you will support reporting, data analysis, and operational problem-solving across Oracle Fusion ERP processes. You will work closely with business and technical partners to understand requirements, build and maintain reports, analyze issues, and help improve the way data is used to support decision-making and process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Oracle Fusion business data and reporting needs across assigned functional areas, with a focus on Procure to Pay processes where applicable.
• Develop and support BIP and OTBI reports to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable information.
• Review Oracle Fusion ERP data models, source structures, and report logic to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Support interface and integration analysis using Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs when data flows need to be investigated or improved.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, enhance reporting, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Investigate support tickets, enhancement requests, and data-related incidents; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to backlog prioritization, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support activities.
• Document analysis, solutions, and reporting logic clearly for technical and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying manual steps, data gaps, and opportunities to streamline reporting and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud ERP, or a similar enterprise application environment.
• Hands-on experience with BIP and OTBI reporting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data models and reporting structures.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs for data analysis or integration support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting or data solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Procure to Pay functional flows.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or support work in a regulated or data-governed environment.
• Exposure to Agile delivery, backlog management, or post-go-live support activities.
• Experience driving process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
