Premier Acquisition Manager - CASA-Sales-Sales
As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value customers for the bank's CASA (Current Account Savings Account) segment. This role is crucial in driving the bank's growth and expanding its customer base. You will be a key player in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Lead a team of sales professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted business growth.
- Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and businesses for CASA acquisitions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in banking sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-performance team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the CASA segment.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
