In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview
The Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting Bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. The team develops the Bank’s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program and identifies and addresses vulnerabilities, Develops, deploys and manages a risk-based controls portfolio, Manages and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents.
Job Description
The individual will be part of Identity Authentication & Access technology (IAAT) – Extended Services team which involves in development, enhancements and integration of authentication and authorization applications using Java, J2EE, Web services (REST & SOAP), Spring framework and EJB’s. Team is also responsible for maintaining application up and running in lower and production environments. AIXS team supports clients to have their applications integrated with IAAT XS applications which expose its services to enterprise-wide users, clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Development of all AIXS applications
- Enhancements and integrations with LOB applications
- Software configuration management
- Knowledge on application build process
- Releases into lower environments
- Driving production releases and changes
- Providing L3 Production support for all AIXS applications
- Troubleshooting lower environment issues
- Providing integrations support for clients
- Respond to business partner inquiries for status, consultation and problem resolution
Requirements
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory
Experience Range: 5+ years
Foundational skills:
- experience IN java FULLSTACK
- Strong skills in design and developing Java, Micro Services, Spring/ Spring Boot & React
- Experience in UI development with React or similar framework
- Experience in Oracle database with SQL and PL/SQL queries
- Experience in Web servers, Application servers
- Understanding business requirements
- Experience in Unit tests writing
- Debugging skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Productions support exposure
- Communication skills
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
Desired skills:
- Exposure to mobile development
Work Timings: 11:30 a.m. to 08:30 p.m.
