We are currently seeking a Specialist in  Voice and Speech technologies to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

We are seeking applicants specializing in Voice and Speech technologies to build and optimize intelligent voice based solution.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop AI-driven conversation flows, integrating LLM/GenAI capabilities, and working with speech technologies for telephony and real-time voice interactions
Design and develop voice solution call flows using TTS,STT components.
Build and optimize NLP/NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction.
LLM for the context management
Context management, fallback handling, and human handoff mechanism
Creating metrics/Dashboard to monitor the system accuracy/performance and drive the continuous improvement of conversations accuracy through analysis of historical conversations
Define performance benchmarks for STT transformation, response accuracy, latency
Mentoring colleagues/junior Technical skills:
Specialize in Voice and Speech technologies to build and optimize intelligent voice based Solution.
Experience of designing and deploying voice based solution system at enterprise level
Strong Experience in conversational AI and NLP based system
Proven expertise in distributed system and scalable architecture design - capable of handling traffic - please mention your traffic here like number of active callers per minutes
Expertise in one or more programming language - Python, go
Research oriented mindset to evaluate the emerging technologies 
Good to have : Vertex, Kore.ai
