Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. This role focuses on creating innovative testing solutions that enhance product quality and reliability. The position requires providing strategic guidance to ensure testing architectures align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration across various teams to drive continuous improvement in quality engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies that support project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing processes meet quality standards and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance testing scenarios using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of load testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Familiarity with integrating LoadRunner with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in complex software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
