Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Calculate and prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
