Tally Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime/ERP. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and management for financial documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of financial transactions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Good communication and organizational skills.
