Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical / Maintenance Technician 

Carry out general machine maintenance and attend breakdowns on time to minimize production downtime.

Handle single-phase and three-phase electrical work, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

Maintain and regularly update DG Set records, including working hours, diesel consumption, and maintenance details.

Take daily electricity meter readings and maintain proper records.

Monitor and maintain the solar panel system and report any performance or maintenance issues.

Maintain and manage the maintenance store, including proper stock records of electrical and maintenance items.

Have working knowledge of electrical control panels, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance.

Handle electrical wiring work and ensure wiring is safe, properly maintained, and organized.

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical motors, starters, capacitors, carbon brushes, grinders, drill machines, and other electrical equipment.

Coordinate for outside purchases and repair requirements, ensuring the required material is purchased as per specification and requirement.

Inspect purchased electrical and maintenance materials before acceptance and ensure the required quality and quantity are received.

Maintain proper records of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, purchases, and replacement of electrical components.

Follow all required safety practices while carrying out electrical and maintenance work.
