Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with candidates and department heads for interviews and selection.
  • Prepare and maintain employee joining documents and personal files.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave and overtime records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, manpower, leave and employee records.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave and salary.
  • Prepare joining letters, appointment letters and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain employee database and ensure records are updated.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Track probation periods, confirmations and employee movements.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee exit formalities, resignation documentation and full & final coordination.
