About the Role:


We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding buyers through property options, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call incoming leads and follow up with potential property buyers.

  • Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.

  • Vehicle Requirement: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred for field visits.

  • Languages: Proficiency in local language + basic English or Hindi.

  • Skills: Good communication, strong negotiation skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
