Business Development Executive (BDE)

myKutir is an all-in-one Society Management Platform designed to help housing societies manage security, billing, finance, residents, communication, amenities, parking, complaints, governance, and day-to-day society operations from a single platform.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us expand myKutir across housing societies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential housing societies and residential communities.
• Visit societies and meet Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Members, Society Managers and decision-makers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking and local market research.
• Explain myKutir's features, benefits and pricing to prospective customers.
• Understand society requirements and recommend the right myKutir plan.
• Arrange and coordinate product demos with the society committee.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with society committees and decision-makers.
• Collect market feedback and share customer requirements with the management/product team.
• Stay updated about competing society management solutions and market trends.
