Job Description

Dhyan Chess Academy is one of India's leading online chess academies, founded by Gujarat's first Woman International Master, Dhyani Dave. With a team of 60+ professionals, we serve students across India and over 20 countries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Guide clients through the admission and enrollment process.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and admissions.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the client journey

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
