Job Description
The Counter Salesman will be responsible for handling customers at the store counter, understanding their requirements, explaining mobile phones, accessories, offers, exchange and finance options, and assisting them in selecting the right products. The candidate must maintain proper product and stock information, ensure accurate billing and documentation, follow all company sales processes, and coordinate with the team for stock availability and customer requirements. The Counter Salesman is also responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining good customer relationships, generating leads and follow-ups, promoting store offers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate must be polite, presentable, disciplined, and have good communication and convincing skills, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
