- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Strong knowledge of database design and development principles related to Oracle environments.
- Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using Oracle APEX.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Oracle APEX frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating Oracle APEX applications with other enterprise systems and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
