Deputy General Manager - Health Services

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments, including medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and wellness plans based on functional medicine principles.
• Interpret laboratory reports and recommend appropriate interventions for disease prevention and management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nutritionists, psychologists, fitness experts, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead health and wellness initiatives focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Stay updated on emerging research, clinical practices, and advancements in functional medicine.
• Educate patients and stakeholders on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and organizational standards.
• Track patient outcomes and continuously improve care delivery models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced qualifications/certifications in Functional Medicine preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in functional medicine, integrative health, preventive healthcare, or clinical wellness programs.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, chronic disease management, and diagnostic interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and drive health outcomes through data-driven approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Functional Medicine or Integrative Health.
• Experience in corporate wellness, preventive healthcare, or healthcare program management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and patient engagement capabilities.
