Digital Marketing Executive

Mona Design is a creative branding, packaging and graphic design agency based in Ahmedabad. We work with brands across packaging, branding, social media and visual communication.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who understands Instagram, enjoys creating content and wants to grow in the digital marketing and social media space.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and handle Instagram and other social media accounts

● Plan and schedule social media content

● Research trending Reels, content ideas, sounds and formats

● Write engaging captions, hashtags and content ideas

● Coordinate with the design and video team for social media creatives

● Maintain a monthly content calendar

● Monitor social media trends and competitor activity

● Track basic insights such as reach, engagement and follower growth

● Suggest new ideas to improve social media performance

● Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions

What We’re Looking For

● Fresher with good knowledge of Instagram and social media

● Creative thinking and good communication skills

● Good understanding of Reels and trending content

● Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus

● Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights is a plus

● Ability to research and find new content ideas

● Willingness to learn and take responsibility

● Good written English/Hinglish

● Candidates from Ahmedabad preferred
