SKU Management: Upload and maintain extensive stationery catalogs, managing variations across

sizes, types, colors and bundles.

Visual Merchandise Optimization: Ensure product photography, videos are perfectly displayed on

Shopify and marketplace image carousels.

Seasonal Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and execute good-volume sales campaigns for peak

stationery periods, including Back-to-School (Q3) and New Year planning (Q4).

Cross-Channel Inventory Control: Monitor inventory syncing tools to ensure bundle deals and multi-

packs are accurately reflected across all channels, preventing overselling.

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduation or equivalent with proficiency in computer subject.

Experience: 1+ years managing an ecommerce storefront, specifically handling high-SKU lifestyle,

gift, or stationery brands.

Platform Skills: Direct experience with Shopify Admin, Amazon Seller Central, and multi-channel

inventory managers, Reconciliation, Claims.

Data Organization: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing bulk catalog

uploads and parent-child variations.
