E-Commerce Executive – Amazon, Flipkart & Firstcry

Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive – Flipkart & Firstcry with hands-on experience in managing marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Flipkart Seller Hub and preferably Firstcry Seller Panel, with the ability to independently manage product listings, inventory, advertising campaigns, order fulfilment, and platform performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, catalogues, and inventory on Flipkart Seller Hub and Firstcry Seller Panel.
• Create, update, and optimize product catalogues, including images, descriptions, specifications, and attributes.
• Handle returns, cancellations, seller support tickets, disputes, and customer escalations.
• Create, monitor, and optimize Flipkart Ads and Firstcry promotional campaigns.
• Track seller scorecards, ratings, compliance metrics, and account performance daily.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing, dispatch, and return management.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as Big Billion Days (BBD), Big Shopping Days, and Firstcry sale events.
• Analyze weekly sales performance, marketplace trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales.
• Manage Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (FSF) inventory and ensure stock availability where applicable.

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience managing listings, advertising campaigns, and seller accounts on Flipkart.
• Knowledge of Firstcry Seller Panel is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of catalogue management, category guidelines, and marketplace operations.
• Ability to independently resolve returns, tickets, disputes, and seller support issues.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Preferred SkillsExperience managing both Flipkart and Firstcry marketplaces simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Myntra, Ajio, or Blinkit Seller Panels.

Experience working with Flipkart Assured or Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (FSF) programs.
