HR generalist – KRA

Recruitment: Job posting, Filtering candidate , sorting candidate, setting up interview / test.

Employee Onboarding: Preparing offer letter, onboard on emgage platform and finish compliance

Introduction: explaining HR policy to new joinee.

Get ID card printed and handover.

Making sure all HR policy are followed by all employee.

Employee exit form/ feedback
