Job Description

Junior Accountant cum Data Entry – Job DescriptionRole: Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Data Entry & Accounting
  • Maintain accounts in Tally/ERP
  • Sales, purchase, payment & receipt entries
  • Receivable management & follow-up
  • Stock tagging and jewellery inventory updates
  • Verify invoices, bills & documents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Support daily accounting and stock-related activities

Skills Required:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Tally & MS Excel
  • Good data-entry accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of inventory
  • Discipline, honesty & responsibility

Experience: 0–2 years

Jewellery/retail experience preferred
