Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
- Calculate salaries, incentives, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare and verify payroll reports and salary statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee data updates and payroll reconciliation.
- Generate payslips and respond to employee payroll-related queries.
- Manage salary revisions, promotions, and payroll changes.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll documentation.
- Support payroll audits and ensure data confidentiality.
- Handle new employee onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Experience with payroll software and HRMS.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Payroll or HR (preferred).
- Experience:1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Experience in staffing, consultancy, or corporate payroll is preferred.
