Production Manager

Position: General Manager / Production Manager

Department: Production & Factory Management

Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad

Experience: 7–15 Years

Education: Diploma / B.E. / M.E. – Mechanical

Industry / Background :

Candidates with experience in Production Management in Machinery Manufacturing will be preferred.

Candidates having experience in Job Work, including Cutting, Bending, and Machining Work, will be highly

preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage overall production activities and factory operations.

• Handle production planning and scheduling as per requirements.

• Generate and develop new job-work customers.

• Manage and allocate manpower effectively.

• Coordinate with the production team, customers, and other departments.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.

• Ensure production is completed as per required quality and delivery schedules.

• Monitor production progress and resolve production-related issues.

• Handle CNC programming and support CNC machining activities.

• Ensure proper utilization of machines, manpower, and resources.
