Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented On-Field Sales Executive to develop new customers and strengthen existing business relationships in the B2B steel market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through industrial area visits and market networking.
• Understand customer requirements for MS Sheets, Coils, Plates, Structures, Pipes, etc.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, meetings, and pending orders.
• Negotiate commercially and work towards converting inquiries into orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with purchase teams, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, demand, and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate internally for quotations, material availability, dispatch, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily visit reports, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline updates.
• Must know how to use Google Workspace and Online Searching.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales volume, revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability targets.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in B2B/Industrial Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with extensive field visits and customer meetings
• Self-driven, disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn
• Knowledge of the steel/manufacturing industry will be an advantage
