 The role requires a mature sales leader who can independently drive business growth through contractor ecosystems, parent company networks, local market relationships, and team/channel productivity while ensuring compliance, credit discipline, collection efficiency, and long-term customer value. This position is suitable for a target-driven professional with strong command over sales planning, lead generation, stakeholder management, field execution, collections coordination, and sustainable portfolio growth. The candidate should be comfortable working in a highownership environment and should demonstrate both hunter mindset and relationship maturity. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Sales • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets for the assigned geography or branch. • Develop a strong sales pipeline through contractor ecosystem, parent company teams, referrals, field visits, local connectors, and market intelligence. • Convert qualified leads into profitable lending customers while maintaining sourcing quality and credit discipline. • Identify new business pockets, underserved customer segments, and repeat-business opportunities within the assigned market.
