Service Engineer

System Installation:

● Install conveyor systems, winding and rewinding machines following technical specifications and safety standards.

● Configure and install a variety of printers, including TIJ (Thermal Inkjet), TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinting), CIJ (Continuous Inkjet), TSC (Thermal Smart Coding), and Laser printers

● Support installation, commissioning, testing, and upgrades of Track & Trace equipment and vision inspection systems.

Track & Trace and Vision System Management:

● Develop, configure, and maintain Track & Trace systems for manufacturing operations.

● Work with machine vision systems, smart cameras, barcode scanners, OCR systems, and industrial automation equipment.

● Configure and troubleshoot vision inspection systems for barcode, QR code, OCR, and label verification applications.

● Ensure product serialization and traceability compliance as per customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.

● Perform validation, testing, calibration, and optimization of vision and traceability systems.

Technical Troubleshooting:

● Perform wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, encoders, sensors, industrial PCs, printers, scanners, and vision systems.

● Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to cameras, sensors, PLCs, software integration, and automation equipment.

● Ensure minimal downtime and optimize production efficiency through proactive maintenance and support. Client and Team Training:

● Deliver training sessions to customers and internal teams on hardware, software, coding systems, vision systems, and Track & Trace solutions.

● Coordinate with production, automation, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth system operation and project execution.

● Collaborate with engineering and support teams to quickly resolve technical challenges and improve system efficiency.

Collaboration and Documentation:

● Maintain detailed installation records, service reports, SOPs, validation documents, and technical documentation.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in automation, machine vision, and product traceability. Continuous Learning:

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in installation and maintenance.
