We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding business loan requirements.
• Understand the customer's business, loan requirement, turnover and basic financial profile.
• Generate and qualify leads for business loans.
• Explain available loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM/Google Sheet.
• Convert qualified leads into loan applications.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/loan processing team.
• Follow up regularly with customers until the application reaches the next stage.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Candidate Requirements12th pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans, insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
• Candidates with experience in business loans / personal loans / credit cards / insurance / DSA will be preferred.
• What You Will Do Every DayCall new leads.
• Understand their loan requirement.
• Check basic eligibility.
• Explain the loan process.
• Collect required basic information/documents.
• Schedule follow-ups.
• Update CRM/lead sheet.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the loan processing team.
• Work toward monthly sales and conversion targets.

Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Higher incentives are available based on qualified leads, applications and successful conversions.
