About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Developer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will work on real-time factory AI systems, predictive analytics, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
This role offers a unique opportunity to bring Artificial Intelligence into core industrial processes and drive innovation on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain predictive maintenance models using sensor data (vibration, heat, sound) to prevent machinery failures.
• Implement computer vision systems using camera-based AI for automated quality inspection.
• Integrate AI solutions with the existing Flow Management System (FMS) to automate documentation and optimize workflows.
• Design and manage robust data pipelines to clean, structure, and store factory data efficiently.
• Build energy optimization models to analyze power consumption and reduce electricity costs during peak production hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong expertise in Python or R for AI development.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of OpenCV for computer vision applications.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction from ERP/databases.
• Basic understanding of IoT sensors and hardware-software integration.
- Qualifications & Experience:B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in applying AI/Machine Learning specifically in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset—must be able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical factory staff.
