Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, site visits, and closing property deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain real estate projects to clients (Residential / Commercial)
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain client and lead data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure


Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable with calling and meeting clients
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • MS Excel / CRM knowledge is a plus
