Job Description
- CRM Strategy & Customer Experience – Develop and execute strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across the home‑buying journey.
- Seamless Journey Management – Ensure smooth customer experience from booking to possession and post‑handover service.
- Service Standards – Establish, monitor, and enforce customer service protocols across all projects.
- Customer Engagement – Drive initiatives to strengthen long‑term relationships and brand trust.
- Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and build CRM teams across projects; set KPIs and foster high performance.
- Customer Communication – Oversee transparent, timely communication on payments, construction updates, documentation, and handovers.
- Issue Resolution – Manage escalations and ensure prompt, professional resolution of customer concerns.
- Possession & Handover – Oversee end‑to‑end handover process, coordinating with cross‑functional teams for accuracy and timeliness.
- Process Excellence & Compliance – Standardize CRM processes, ensure RERA compliance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting – Monitor satisfaction metrics, prepare MIS dashboards, and use feedback to recommend product/service enhancements.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Construction, and Finance teams; manage CRM software operations; prepare reports for the Directors; and demonstrate proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
