Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns related to bookings, deliveries, payments, cancellations, and driver support.
- Track orders and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with operations and driver partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and service-level targets.
- Follow company policies and maintain data confidentiality.
