Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support sales activities, generate leads, handle customer relationships, and drive business growth. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Conduct inside sales activities and follow up with prospects.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
• Track daily calling and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: 1 year
• English: Basic English

Salary

• ₹16,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹30,000
