Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the appointments, meetings and daily schedule in a well-planned manner for our MD
- Majority of the ES’s time will be dedicated towards making calls to prospects and organising meetings with our MD
- Examining the database or other sources, to find the right prospect for MD’s meeting
- Explaining and setting the context of the meeting purpose / agenda to the external prospect before the executive director meets them
- Convincing the prospective client/partner/customer/business associate about the proposition in the interest of the company
- The ES will have to do the in-person sales pitch or sales call, to prep the high profile customer, before our MD or the sales directors meeting
