Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, recruitment support, and HR operations at our Hoskote location.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee activities.

- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

- Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.

- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.

- Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.

- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.

- Handle employee communication and coordinate with different departments.

- Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are updated accurately.

- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and HR compliance requirements.

- Prepare and maintain HR trackers and reports.

- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
