Job Description

In depth knowledge of recruitment, end to end onboarding & joining formalities.

Sourcing candidates from various sources and methods.

Knowledge of compliance like ESI/EPF.

Hands on experience in HR Operations.

Counselling, motivating, disciplining and coaching employees.

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Attend job fairs and ensure documentation of outreach of efforts in accordance with Human resource standard operating procedures.
