Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and dedicated HR Executive (Female) to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and internal departments
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Handle attendance and leave records
• Assist in payroll coordination
• Address employee queries professionally
• Maintain HR databases and reports
• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Educational Qualification:Graduate in BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA (HR) preferred
