Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and construction-related positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary negotiation, documentation, and joining.

Prepare and coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
